Franchise Package
A. Franchise fee : Rp 300.000.000 + Tax, includes :
- Franchise fee for 5 years
- Concept Designs and supervision on site during renovation / construction (excluded tickets and accommodation)
- Therapists ready to work, six months of intensive trainings for eight (8) therapist (excluding transports, meals, pocket allowances and  miscellaneous expense)
- Two months of intensive training for 1 manager (excluding transports, meals, pocket allowances and miscellaneous expense)
- One week of intensive training for two (2) receptions/cashiers on site
- Policies and standard operations manual
- Additional on-site trainings
- Soft ware, training and set up program Point of Sales (computer program)
- Marketing support for opening period
- Supervisory dan retraining (excluded tickets & accommodations)

2. Minimum area requirement 250 m2
3. Approximately interior work USD 500/msq + tax
4. Exclusivity of location : exclusivity for (city where the spa is located) for 2  years,  there after subject to further negotiation
5. Royalty fee 5 % from gross sales / month, minimum fee IDR 7.500.000 per month + Tax
6. Approximate cost for furniture, fixture, equipment and two month supply of product are USD 40.000 + tax for maximum area 250 m, excluding shipping & handling
